We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller Intern to assist in IT sales and lead generation activities. The intern will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, explaining our IT products and services, and generating business leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
- Explain IT solutions clearly and convincingly to potential leads.
- Generate and qualify leads based on provided scripts or call lists.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and client details in CRM.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Handle basic objections and questions from prospects.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
