We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Telecaller Intern to assist in IT sales and lead generation activities. The intern will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients, explaining our IT products and services, and generating business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products and services.
  • Explain IT solutions clearly and convincingly to potential leads.
  • Generate and qualify leads based on provided scripts or call lists.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and client details in CRM.
  • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
  • Handle basic objections and questions from prospects.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
